Three Simple Techniques

Breath Before the Pen
Before you begin writing, take three conscious breaths. Feel the body settle. Then begin.
The Slow Hand
Write more slowly than feels natural. Let each word arrive fully before moving to the next.
Pause and Notice
Every few minutes, stop writing. Notice what you are feeling in your body. Then continue.
